ASSESSMENT OF THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT RISKS
Inspections of work places, making of the indicative measurements of the working environment factors as well as assessment of the working environment risks. The assessment of the working environment risks results in identification of the labour protection measures that should be carried out regarding conducting of the mandatory health examinations, use and selection of personal protective equipment, use of security signs, use of the work equipment, etc.
DRAWING UP OF OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH MEASURES PLAN
According to inspections of a company and its work places and the results of assessment of the working environment risks, a labour protection plan is drawn up with the required labour protection measures, implementation time-limits, and persons responsible for the implementation of such measures.
INSTRUCTING, ADVISING, AND INFORMING OF THE EMPLOYEES
Instructing of the employees and presenting of the work environment risks to the employees. Instructing, advising, and informing of the line managers (heads of units, supervisors, master craftsmen, brigade leaders, shift managers, etc.). Advising of persons responsible for conducting of certain labour protection processes (directing to the mandatory health examinations, supplying with personal protective equipment etc.).
INTERNAL SUPERVISION AND CONTROL OF THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Internal supervision and control of the working environment by carrying out inspections in a company (department, construction site and the like). Control of the implementation of the imposed occupational safety and health measures. Establishing of the corrective occupational safety and health measures.

HSE COORDINATOR SERVICE
