We process various personal data, depending on what kind of contact we have established with you.

We process your name, telephone number and e-mail address when you provide information on our website to ask questions of interest to you about our activities, as well as when you sign up for one of the services we offer.

We process your first name, last name, personal identity number, telephone number, e-mail address, home address and photograph in order to ensure your registration for the training/courses we organise and to receive a document certifying completion of the training course.

We process your personal data in order to verify your identity, enter into contracts with you, ensure the timely and high-quality provision of services and compliance with the requirements of legislation.

In addition to the above, we may process data that you provide to our employees in the course of mutual communication (in writing, by telephone, by e-mail, in person).

In which cases and to which data recipients do we disclose your data?

In order to ensure the provision of high-quality services when organising occupational safety courses for work in the Nordic countries, we may pass on your first name, last name and date of birth to our trusted cooperation partners in Finland. We provide only the amount of data that is necessary for the performance of a specific task or the provision of specific services.

Our cooperation partners may process your personal data only according to our instructions and may not use it for other purposes or pass it to other persons without our consent, or store it after the completion of the task given by us or the end of the cooperation. In addition, they must ensure the protection of your data in accordance with the requirements of the legislation in force.

How do we ensure the security of your data?

In order to guarantee the security of the information collected and to protect your personal information from unlawful access, use or disclosure, we have introduced electronic, physical and administrative security measures.

When do we delete your personal data?

We store your personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve the above purposes.

We have a legal basis not to delete your data if it is processed in compliance with the requirements laid down in law regarding the data retention period, for example for the Accounting Law or the performance of contractual obligations.

What rights do data protection laws give you?

You have the right to receive information about your personal data, the right to rectify your personal data, the right to request restriction of data processing, the right to request erasure of data (the right to be forgotten), the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint.

Your rights will be exercised when we receive from you an application confirmed with an electronic signature, or in person, by presenting identity documents.
